This page groups real retail-player questions by progression point. Steam provides the strongest current evidence; the Reddit results reviewed contain release posts but no useful chapter-by-chapter help. A missing chapter answer is marked as an evidence gap instead of being filled with a guessed boss mechanic.
Chapters 1–2
Evidence limitedWhat players run into
No repeatable chapter-specific wall was found in the public retail discussions reviewed.
What to do
Follow the current Monument objective and use its Tutorial control. Equip the active Godsworn and avoid copying demo-era costs or routes. If a task will not complete, record the exact objective text and installed patch before treating it as a combat problem.
Evidence boundary: There is not enough public evidence for a boss-by-boss Chapter 1–2 recipe.

Chapter 3: Bones and Exploration
Officially confirmedWhat players run into
A town upgrade asks for Bones and repeating Journey does not supply enough.
What to do
A developer response tells players to use Exploration for Bones after Chapter 3. Version 1.0.3 also made normal chapters drop a small amount of Bone. Open Exploration, clear available nodes, and use Journey as normal progression rather than assuming the missing building currency only comes from its boss.

Chapters 4–5: First Boss Walls and Range
Player-reportedWhat players run into
Normal stages pass, the boss triggers Fatigue, or a Mage walks into melee and dies.
What to do
Watch the selected basic and active skill range. Community players explain that a Godsworn moves into the distance required by its skills; a short-range Mage skill can defeat portrait positioning. For the boss, record whether the first failure is frontline death or insufficient damage before replacing the whole team. A full-release player reports gaining three units per team after passing Chapter 5, but this unlock should be confirmed in the current client.
Evidence boundary: Demo reports about exact Chapter 5 builds are not used as retail balance proof.

Chapters 6–9: The Pace Slows
Player-reportedWhat players run into
The first five chapters felt smooth, but progress now depends more on farming and build synergy.
What to do
A high-engagement Steam review says the first five chapters are well paced and the game slows around Chapter 6. Treat this as the point to establish a repeatable loop: push until a run becomes inconsistent, farm the exact missing resource with stable lines, review loot conservatively, and make one build change. No reliable public source identifies one mandatory class or boss mechanic for every Chapter 6–9 wall.

Chapter 10: Third Combat Row and Roster Pressure
Player-reportedWhat players run into
A new combat row expands the roster demand and weak secondary lines fall behind.
What to do
A Steam retail review identifies Chapter 10 as the wall after which the third combat row becomes available. Do not split every premium item equally. Keep one line strong enough to push the next unlock and make other lines stable enough to farm. Use Sanctum account bonuses and current progression systems to catch up recruits rather than dismantling the only working line.
Evidence boundary: No reproducible Chapter 10 boss mechanic was found, so this page does not invent one.

Chapters 11–14: Build Synergy Replaces Raw Gear
Player-reportedWhat players run into
The account has levels and gear, but random upgrades no longer create reliable clears.
What to do
Full-release players report earlier Mercenary or physical setups carrying them through Chapter 14, while later walls forced a damage-type or role change. Audit weapon requirement, skill range, set effects, support uptime and the first death. Preserve the working frontline/support core and test one damage slot rather than rerolling the entire roster.

Chapter 15 and Otherworld: AoE, Physical Walls and Fatigue
Player-reportedWhat players run into
Damage dealers die to AoE, summons compete for support, or a physical team reaches a hard resistance wall.
What to do
Players at Chapter 15 report Otherworld groups with heavy area pressure and fragile damage dealers. Another full-release team report describes replacing a Pierce Hunter with Lightning Mage after physical-resistance Outlands nodes stopped the line. Diagnose survival first; if the team lives but the target reaches Fatigue, preserve frontline and support while testing elemental pressure. Observe whether summons change healing targets before relying on them as protection.
Evidence boundary: Player posts disagree about the strongest Mage and Mercenary packages, so no permanent Chapter 15 best build is asserted.

Chapters 16–18: Multi-System Progression Wall
Evidence limitedWhat players run into
Journey, Stele, Sanctum and Outlands can all stall at different points, making it unclear where to farm.
What to do
One player report describes simultaneous walls around Journey Chapter 18, Stele 15, Sanctum 66 and Outlands 2. That proves the pain, not one solution. Pick the system whose next reward removes the named bottleneck: Journey for progression and chests, Exploration for required resources, Sanctum for its own upgrades, or a build change for Outlands resistance. Do not spend across all systems at once because the result cannot be evaluated.
Evidence boundary: The reported levels and character stats are one account snapshot, not requirements.

Chapters 19–20: Late Push and Display Bugs
Officially confirmedWhat players run into
Late push teams need clearer role synergy, or Chapter 20 shows black map lines.
What to do
Community screenshots and discussion show several low-gear or set-centered teams reaching the Chapter 20 push, including Ballista Mercenary and Warrior-centered examples, but screenshots alone do not establish a universal recipe. Use the same role and A/B-test method as Chapter 15. If the problem is black lines on the Chapter 20 map, update first: version 1.0.7 officially fixed that issue.

Outlands Stage 1+
Player-reportedWhat players run into
A team that cleared Journey suddenly fails against resistance, shields or a different damage pattern.
What to do
Do not assume character level guarantees an Outlands clear. Full-release discussions report physical-resistance walls and requests for stage-specific runes, but no verified complete rune table was found. Keep the stable frontline/support package and test one damage type or build. Version 1.0.7 added automatic Plane switching and fixed a quest completion condition when Stage 1 was already cleared.
Evidence boundary: No stage-by-stage Outlands resistance or rune prescription is published here without retail data.

Divine Tower
Officially confirmedWhat players run into
The next floor does not open after a clear, or progress appears frozen.
What to do
Update before rebuilding the team. Version 1.0.3 fixed a case where Divine Tower could not proceed to the next floor. If the same symptom reproduces on 1.0.9, capture the floor, result screen and version and report it as a possible bug. If the next floor opens but combat fails, use the normal first-death and damage-wall diagnosis.

Sanctum: Purpose, Rooms and Floor 18
Officially confirmedWhat players run into
The player cannot place an item in Sanctum, does not understand room progression, or is looking for Crystallized Skull combining.
What to do
Community explanations say early Sanctum conversion begins with eligible lower-tier chests and expands through upgrades; confirm eligible item type and level in the current interface. A full-release thread points players to the Sanctum settings for room challenge automation. For a current official milestone, Patch 1.0.9 moved Crystallized Skull combining to Sanctum Floor 18.
Evidence boundary: Older beta floor caps, boss scaling and conversion tables are not used as current retail facts.

Doom
Player-reportedWhat players run into
Upgraded gear is not enough, Fatigue rises, or a copied Warrior build still fails.
What to do
Steam players report Doom clears with several Warrior packages and also report failures with similar labels. That means the useful answer is not the build name alone: inspect protection, skill range, single-target pressure, support and actual combat behavior. Versions 1.0.4 and 1.0.5 reduced Doom monster strength, so update before comparing an older attempt.
Evidence boundary: Community DPS, health and upgrade numbers are not universal requirements.

Finality
Evidence limitedWhat players run into
No sufficiently detailed, independently verifiable Finality help thread was found in the sources reviewed.
What to do
Use the current in-game objective and the general combat diagnosis: first death, target access, damage progress, support uptime and one-variable retesting. Submit a precise stage and screenshot when requesting help. This page will not fill the evidence gap with an invented Finality walkthrough.
